Atwood, Holsten, Brown & Deaver, P.C., L.L.O. is pleased to announce that Christa D. Binstock is the firm’s newest Associate. Ms. Binstock originally joined the firm as a law clerk in 2009, and in May 2011, earned her law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Her law practice will be primarily dedicated to representing individuals, employers, and insurance carriers in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

Ms. Binstock is licensed to practice before Nebraska’s state and federal courts. She is a trained and certified Nebraska mediator and a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys.

Ms. Binstock grew up on her family’s third generation farm and ranch near South Heart, North Dakota. She graduated with distinction from Dickinson State University in Dickinson, North Dakota, where she received several academic honors and earned dual degrees in Writing and Political Science. Prior to making Lincoln, Nebraska her home, Ms. Binstock worked in Washington, D.C. for former Senator Byron L. Dorgan. Outside her practice of law, Ms. Binstock enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending concerts and sporting events, cooking, reading, and running..
