Eric B. Brown is a trial lawyer and partner with Atwood, Holsten & Brown Law Firm, P.C., L.L.O. Originally from Grand Island, Nebraska, he graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned his law degree at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where his high academic achievements qualified him as a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Brown's practice is exclusively limited to litigation and trial work, representing injured individuals, employers and insurance carriers in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. In 1999, Mr. Brown recorded a verdict at the trial level that included the highest amount of punitive damages ever awarded by a Nebraska jury in a discrimination case. He is a certified mediator in the State of Nebraska and has frequently chaired and lectured at various educational seminars in the areas of workers' compensation and employment discrimination. He is licensed in the state and federal courts in Nebraska as well as the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
