Ellen A. Deaver is a trial lawyer and associate with Atwood, Holsten & Brown Law Firm, P.C., L.L.O. Born in Cozad, Nebraska and raised in Webster, South Dakota, Ms. Deaver returned to her birth state to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English, minors in Political Science and Communication Studies. Ms. Deaver earned her law degree at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where her client advocacy skills earned her the honors of CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Clinical Practice and the Most Outstanding Civil Clinical Work Award. Ms. Deaver's practice is exclusively limited to litigation and trial work, representing injured individuals, employers and insurance carriers in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. Ms. Deaver is licensed in the state and federal courts in Nebraska as well as the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Personal Ms. Deaver was born in Cozad, Nebraska and grew up in Webster, South Dakota. Prior to joining Atwood, Holsten & Brown as an associate attorney, she served as a Legal Intern with the firm for two years. In her spare time, Ms. Deaver enjoys following college football, reading fiction, playing golf, and traveling to warm destinations.
